The compushops website is an online store selling products and services via the internet (hereinafter referred to as the "online store" or "website") of the Greek sole proprietorship Galanaki Amalia with the distinctive title compushops (Tax Identification Number 135463151, Tax Office of Sparta, located in Vion, Laconia (45 Spartis Ave.) and will be mentioned below for the sake of brevity.

Purchase products through the online store
Website users can browse the e-shop web pages using the main navigation menu always located at the top of the web pages. The products of the online store are divided into categories and subcategories in order to better navigate and find the desired products.
Users can collect the products they are interested in using the shopping cart. The collection of a product is done by clicking the "Add to cart" button having first selected the quantity and characteristics of the product (eg color and size) where they are available. To complete the order, users must log in to the website using the passwords they have if they are already registered members or by registering a new member. If they do not wish to register as members of the online store, they can proceed with their order online as regular visitors. Product returns / Right of withdrawal
The company advises consumers when unpacking to unpack and inspect the products to confirm the absence of defects. Every order that leaves the offices of the online store compushops.gr is thoroughly checked that it meets all specifications and that the products are in excellent condition, however there is always the possibility of error.
The customers of the online store have the right to return the products they bought within 10 days from the date of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the products in question are returned in excellent condition, sealed, complete, unused or worn and in their original packaging. In product returns the customer is charged with shipping costs except in cases where:

• The product is defective even if it is verified by an authorized employee of the store.
Returns of products charged by the Company will be made either by Company personnel and means of transport or through a distributor.
The refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The Company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the goods back or until the customer provides proof that he sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Products that are manufactured or modified individually according to the customer's specifications.
• Special product orders where they have been made exclusively for the customer.
