The products are sent only with ELTA Courier. The orders are sent by us within 2-5 working days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) except for periods of heavy workload where orders are executed in order of priority. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday if it is a working day.
When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the shipment number (tracking code). With this number you have the opportunity to monitor the progress of your shipment through the e-mail address of the courier company
Parcels up to 2kg the shipping cost is € 5.00
Each extra kilo costs € 1.50
Also, you can pick up your order from our physical store compushops.gr free of charge during working days and hours.
Parcel loss
Compushops.gr is not considered responsible in case of delay in delivery or in case of loss of your parcel due to transport / courier. In case you do not receive within a reasonable time (up to 7 days from the delivery by us to the Courier company), compushops.gr performs a check to the courier, which can take a maximum of 15 days. During this period, no refunds or shipments will be made.
